Outstanding antique Morimura Nippon moriage hand painted bowl with heavy gold and gold beaded decoration. The bowl is exquisitely made with 6 repousse tree design underneath the decoration. The hand painted roses are bright lipstick pink and a softer pink than the photos show on some monitors. The photos don't do the colors justice, especially the pale seafoam blue green wide band. Everything about this bowl is truly exceptional and it is in excellent overall condition without chips. There are some light marks to the inside but minimal and not detracting at all. The only noticeable flaw is the gold gilt loss on the bottom footed rim. Measures 9 5/8 inches wide x 2 1/2 inches tall
