    Description

    Here is a wonderful, original, Nippon bowl that is in outstanding original condition with no chips or cracks.  I called it a 'California Artist' bowl because the scene reminds me of some of the impressionistic California art work from the 1930's to the 1950's.  The scene inside the bowl has a matte finish and the bowl itself have a wonderful Moriage-style rim with small dark brown beads.
    This bowl measures 6 5/8" in diameter and stands 1 7/8" high.  It has the green Morimura Brothers mark on the underside.
