Antique Imperial Hand Painted NIPPON Lotus Flowers & Ducks Exquisite Vase

This auction is for an exceptional antique large Hand Painted Imperial Nippon vase, intricately hand painted with lotus flowers, vividly colored ducks swimming on a placid pond surface, with a tree dripping blossoms from the top of the vase.  The detail is astounding and the colors are crisp and vibrant.  Gilt outlines the handles, and much of the decoration.  The handles have gilt wear from age and use.  The top lip is enameled with raised flower "dots" and gilt, with a geometric type border, outlined in little raised enamel "dots".  The vase is truly incredible with the most amazing detailed art I have seen.  This vase measures 11 1/4" in height and about 6" across at the base.  Stunning!
